1. Acceptance of Terms

By creating an account on QuoteRestore (quoterestore.com), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you are registering on behalf of a business, you represent that you have the authority to bind that entity.

2. Acceptable Use & Communications Compliance

QuoteRestore is designed strictly for following up on genuine, solicited quotes and estimates. You expressly agree that:

• You will only input contact details for individuals or businesses who have directly requested an estimate, consultation, or pricing from your business.
• You will not use the service for unsolicited bulk marketing, spam, or unlawful cold messaging.
• You acknowledge that recipients may opt out at any time by replying "STOP", and you will not attempt to bypass this automated suppression.

3. Subscription, Free Trials & Billing

Free Trial: New accounts receive up to 3 confirmed customer responses free of charge. Upon reaching this limit, continued automated chasing requires an active paid subscription.

Founding Member Subscription: Subscriptions are billed at the locked-in rate of £49 per calendar month (or applicable local currency) on a recurring basis via Stripe. You may cancel at any time via your dashboard with 1 click. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing cycle.

4. Carrier Delivery & Service Disclaimer

While QuoteRestore uses tier-one telecommunications providers (Twilio), SMS delivery is subject to mobile network operator availability, signal strength, spam filters, and recipient device status. We do not guarantee that 100% of messages will be delivered or that follow-up messages will result in signed contracts.

5. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by English law, QuoteRestore and its operators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, including loss of business contracts, lost profits, or business interruption. Our total aggregate liability arising out of or related to these Terms shall not exceed the total fees paid by you to QuoteRestore in the preceding twelve (12) months.

6. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
